Possible new category: CAA Compliance

Could we have the UK equivalent of the FAA (either split into OfCom, Home Office and the CAA or combined reglatory bodies) please.

I know some guys who are rebuilding an ex-RAF Lightning. They had to ship it to the US first because the CAA were so unhelpful.
