Ground crew for space shot wanted

We just completed our second successful test firing of our 12" (300 mm) sugar propellant motor.
Both burns were >18 seconds in length with nearly 2,000 pounds (8,800 N) of thrust. Weather permitting, we are launching our second small scale 2-stage test January 6 using our flight proven 6" (150 mm) coupled with our also proven 3" (75 mm) rocket to continue our 2-stage launch capabilities. If the sub-orbital space shot is held at Black Rock in Nevada (USA) using the full 12" booster and the 6" as the sustainer, we will need help.
If ready later next year, 2018, we could use some additional ground crew support for the launch; the complete vehicle will weigh in at an estimated 1,000 pounds ( 450 kg ).
