The Sugar Shot group is a good example of how a team should operate. You have members from different parts of the world that contribute in their area of expertise, and everyone is working toward a common goal. The plans and progress are all made public without any hype. I'm looking forward to hearing the results of the next launch.

Because of time, only two of five motors were fired yesterday. The long burn hybrid (see picture) experienced no instability that has plagued development. Will be testing some motors and flying to 60,000' as I return to FAR this Thursday-Saturday including our MiniSShot-II flight to 45,000' (knock on wood) for the Sugar Shot to Space program. Progress on the six inch motor coming along fine with static testing this month if everything comes together. GLXP project progressing slowly as recent SS2S work is number one priority. Trip to Nevada for launch at end of month.

Thanks Dave, I was wondering what that was about. If we put the Mini atop the hybrid, that would easily get to space...hmmmmm : )

Paul, looks like we are go on the rockoon! Testing the avionics for the space shot planned for August. Should be late this week or early next week. We got a boat! lol looks like we are going to dump the balloon overboard in the Gulf and fill it that way! It should reduce the ground crew and give us a better dispersion/safer launch. Not an orbital launch but your welcome to come to it! Should be the first Space Shot for the N-Prize anyway. You get sea sick? lol
