Hi Paul,
Since this is in the UK I suppose you've seen it but for those that haven't:
El Reg cuts ribbon on new Special Projects Bureau http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/07/01/spb_launch/
Earth orbit for £1,000? You must be joking
El Reg to unleash rocket-powered spaceplane
LOHAN spaceplane project starting to shape up nicely http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/07/29/lohan_concepts/
Can you handle LOHAN's substantial globes? http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/08/05 ... challenge/
LOHAN team buried under ballockets http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/08/09 ... _concepts/
We are working on one of those things on one of the projects I'm on.
On our Sugar Shot to Space project sugarshot.org, our static test firing this weekend of what will be the world's largest sugar motor ever made is being delayed due to a leaky mid bulkhead delay grain. If that leaked it would result in a catastrophic motor failure.
Rick
