We are willing to help you! We make parts, Rocket Motors and can help you get wavers in the U.S. We are working on making Zero Pressure balloons and we may be able to sell thoes to you soon. Just to help the competition we could donate one for a real N-Prize attempt to get the cost down for the rules. (you would have to buy your test balloons) same with Rocket Motors. If Paul will allow that, I don't see a problem with that do you paul? It would be available to everyone.

Hey, Richard looks like a very good choice!
Tell you what would make it real ez for me to do that for you would be for you to ship me materials one part at a time. I could machine them and ship them back like I do for Richard Nakka and I guarantee that the price will please you. We can discuss that at monroe_lee2000@yahoo.com the Team Email has too much junk going threw it and my responses are slow there. That's the direct line for back and fourth from me. These parts could be kicked out PDQ.
