Welcome Xosphere!

Welcome Xosphere!

Welcome to our 20th team, Xosphere Space Systems. Doug Knight's PhD is in precision engineering systems, so the N-Prize should be a walkover, shouldn't it?

No, this is not a walkover. By far.

Referencing a U.S. scifi show, we are like the Cylons. We have a plan. But have got a lot of work ahead to make it viable. Much work.

Do you have a team? Or just a plan? :)

We have a team of 7 right now. We anticipate adding 1 other person and possibly added 1 to 2 others part time.

With regard to the division of labor, everyone has a full plate. From rocket to balloon to payload to tracking to orbit insertion to motor, we have a lot to complete in relatively little time, two years. My tasks are project management, orbital mechanics method/implementation and help on all other aspects as needed.

When we get the website up, hopefully in about two weeks from today, we'll try to have some more info concerning the team.

Sounds good and well organised - you're half way there! (Well, OK, halfway may be optimistic but.....)
