Certainly one of the awkward problems would most specifically be the fee (£6,500) for launching from the UK and it's territories :(

It appears that it is possible to get the fee wavered for educational use (would have to tailor projects or see if the purpose could be discussed with UKSA), but if we cannot get around this fee, would it be excluded from the N prize budget for UK entrants?
