Insurance - necessary evil?

Hey
Anyone got close in the UK for launch yet?
Where's a good place to go to try to get insurance in case it lands on someone's head etc?!? do we even need it?
Are these guys any good/worth persuing?

In discussions on the spacefellowship forum i posted a link to what seem to be the latest set of regulations

and its seems that if you launch from the UK or its territories you need to be covered by 60 million euros of third party insurance.
Someone has to tilt at windmills.
So that we know what to do when the real giants come!!!!
